Solsurfing Privacy Policy

What we store

• Wallet address (your account; never shown publicly, never your keys).
• Profile and posts you choose to share: name, bio, photos, listings, trips, requests, "I'm going" on events. Other members can see them.
• Private contact, shown only to people whose connection or lead you accepted.
• Payments: top-up amounts, transaction signatures and the fee ledger. Blockchain transfers are public.
• Technical: session tokens, a push token if you enable notifications, error logs. IP addresses are held in memory only, for rate limiting.

Location

Optional, only when you tap "Use my location". It stays on your device and is never sent to us or stored. Place searches send only the text you type.

What we don't do

No ads, analytics or tracking. We don't sell data. No email or SMS.

Sharing and storage

Stored on Contabo servers in France, backed up encrypted to AWS (EU). Shared only with our hosting, backup and Solana RPC (Chainstack) providers, Expo/Google for push if enabled, and authorities where legally required.

Deletion and your rights

Delete your account in the app (avatar → Delete account). Your profile, photos and posts are erased at once; backups roll off within 30 days. We keep anonymous payment records for accounting. Ask for unused Host Balance back before deleting. For access, correction or other requests, email contact@solsurfing.app.

Solsurfing is for adults (18+). We will post changes here and update the date.
