Solsurfing Terms of Use

By using Solsurfing you accept these terms. You must be 18+.

The service

Solsurfing lists stays and Solana side events and lets members connect. We are not a party to any stay. No booking, payment for accommodation, verification or guarantee. Arrange and check everything yourself. Event data may be wrong; we are not affiliated with the Solana Foundation or event organizers.

Account

Your Solana wallet is your account. Keep it safe; we cannot recover it.

Fees

• Connections are free. Travelers pay nothing.
• Hosts prepay a USDC Host Balance. When a host accepts a stay request or invitation (a lead), we deduct a 1% lead fee of the stay's per-person value. Free stays have no fee.
• Lead fees are not refunded. Unused balance is refunded on request to contact@solsurfing.app, and you keep any rights the law gives you.
• On-chain transfers are public and irreversible.

Rules

No illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing or explicit content, no fake listings, no spam, no offering sex or illegal services for accommodation, no dodging fees, no attacking the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts.

Liability

Provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for stays, other members or blockchain losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the last 12 months or CAD $100.
